Accountant and Tax Consultant, with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Accounting. Her career spans personal and business tax preparation, tax planning, IRS and state agency representation, payroll management, bookkeeping, and strategic financial planning.
She also provides comprehensive QuickBooks support, including setup, training, and data cleanup, helping clients maintain efficient and organized financial systems.
Beyond accounting, Danihelys is a Certified Notary Public and Wedding Officiant, and assists with legal processes such as uncontested divorces, document translation, and business formation at the state and federal levels, including EIN registration and DBA filings.
Her approach centers on delivering comprehensive, personalized solutions under one roof — combining expertise, trust, and genuine commitment to both the personal milestones and business growth of her clients.

Kissairi Batista
Accountant and Senior Auditor, with over eight years of combined experience in accounting and financial auditing. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Management and Productivity.
Her career began at RSM Dominicana, a member firm of RSM International, one of the top 10 audit networks in the world where she spent five years sharpening her expertise in financial auditing, internal controls, and compliance. There, she built a strong command of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and International Standards on Auditing (ISA), working across diverse industries and complex financial environments.
For the past three years, Kissairi has channeled that expertise into helping small and growing businesses across the United States including LLCs, S-Corporations, and Corporations, navigate the complexities of tax preparation, tax planning, and fiscal strategy.
